For the Princess Bride: Cinderella Shoes by Christian Louboutin

photo: Walt Disney StudiosThere’s nothing we love more than a fab shoe on a bride.  And Christian Louboutin unveiled an amazing new pair this week in Paris.

The king of the red sole teamed up with Disney to create a modern version of Cinderella’s glass slipper.  The limited edition red-soled heels are adorned in lace, sparkling butterflies and Swarovski crystals, in honor of Disney’s Cinderella Diamond Edition.

“Cinderella is not only an iconic character when it comes to beauty, grace and fairytale love, but  also shoes,” explains designer Christian Louboutin.

Check out the gorgeous shoes below.

Although we love the Louboutin Cinderella creation, they do remind us of another shoe fave: Aruna Seths’ butterfly heels pictured to the left.

Hmmm, what do you think about the resemblance?  Which one is your favorite?
